Beyonce said it best: Girls run this … you know. And on Sunday, ladies who are running the fashion, marketing and auction industries headlined Palm Beach’s Women’s International Day celebration.
Taking center stage at the plaza’s second annual TOGETHER event were Laura Kim, co-creative director of fashion houses Monse and Oscar de la Renta; Joey Wolffer, store owner and proprietor of Wolffer Estate; Maura Smith, vice president of Phillips Auction House; Susan Magrino, chairwoman and CEO of Magrino Public Relations; and Adriana Epelboim-Levy, co-founder and designer at ALEPEL.
Their discussion, led by local publicist Elisabeth Munder, focused on female empowerment and entrepreneurship.
Afterward, Emmy Award winning TV personality, style expert and New York Times best-selling author Carson Kressley emceed the fashion show featuring looks from the plaza’s shops.
